Article 4. Orders and Content Rules

User-submitted order content must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not contain obscene, violent, discriminatory, insulting, infringing, or other prohibited content.

The platform may reject unlawful/non-compliant orders and may remove, block, or delist violating content.

Gifts received by creators are for on-platform display and interaction rights only.

Gifts cannot be withdrawn, monetized, converted to cash, or exchanged for cash equivalents.

Private off-platform settlement of gift rights between users and creators is prohibited; violations may result in account suspension or ban.

Article 8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform and its pages, software, assets, trademarks, and content belong to the platform or relevant rights holders. Without authorization, no one may copy, distribute, resell, or use them for commercial purposes.

Article 9. Breach and Enforcement

If a user commits violations (including but not limited to fraud, fake orders, system attacks, infringement, or malicious refund behavior), the platform may issue warnings and apply measures such as feature restrictions, account freezing, or account bans, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

Article 10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect losses or loss of expected profits. The platform’s total liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the relevant order (except where mandatory law provides otherwise).
